Echo Sounder

The E1 Echo Sounder is a IMO resolution-compliant single-frequency navigation sounder housed in electrostatically-shielded compact ABS plastic cabinet. It is certified to comply with EU Marine Equipment Directive (MED) and other relevant international standards for wheel mark certification.

The echo sounder has 7-analog color echogram across 5.7-inch LED-backlit daylight-readable LCD screen, is fully automatic operated, tracking bottom contour with appropriate range, receiver gain and TVG settings. Manual override is possible.

It stores up to 12 hours of sounding history for off-line applications, together with date, time stamping and with position coordinates (NMEA0183 format GPS data source required). It has externally acknowledgeable navigational and failure alarms by software commands, password protection to prevent unauthorized changes to important operational settings, have optional AC power adapter for operation from 110/220 VAC (50/60 Hz single phase) power source.

The E2 Echo Sounder is a compact high-end, two-unit model, compliant with IMO resolution MSC.74(69) and Wheel mark approval. It has selectable high or low frequency operation across full screen display, the displays echoes in up to 7 analog colors across 8-inch VGA TFT LCD screen and it has fully automatic operation, tracking bottom with appropriate gain, TVG, power. It interfaces with GPS sensor to store depth data with LAT/LON and date information, stores up to 24 hours of sounding data for off-line data processing and have AC and DC power supplies in separate cabinet.
